Dr. Rowley has researched the effects of various potential elements that may or may not be relevant in any particular diving accident case, such as the serving and consumption of alcohol, warning issues, etcetera.
Working closely with biomechanical engineering experts, Dr. Rowley has developed a computer program that, using the laws of motion, is capable of creating a parametric computerized accident-specific reconstruction that includes forces, velocities, and trajectories – facilitating the understanding of virtually every aspect of how a particular dive can affect the diver’s body before, during, and after impact.
Having designed more than 675 major commercial swimming pools and spas, Dr. Rowley is able to provide insight into various elements that may or may not be relevant in a quadriplegic diving accident case, including the following:
